The medical director of the Healthy Weight Center, Dr. Patrick Friedli says patients should focus on the 75210 zip code of health:
(7) We should have breakfast seven days a week and we should strive for a minimum of seven hours of sleep a night.
(5) We should aim for five servings of fruits and vegetables a day with a focus on more plant-based eating.
(2) We should strive for two hours or less of consecutive screen time when it comes to social media or internet usage.
(1) Make it a goal to try and get one hour of movement or exercise in a day.
(0) Zero sugary drinks like soft drinks or energy drinks should be a part of our diet.
