Cadillac dog park celebrates completion at official open house
WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) -- There was a lot of tail wagging on Saturday at the official open house celebration for Cadillac’s dog park.
While the park has been open for four years, they have been continuing to make improvements and small additions.
Now that its officially completed, park organizers held an open house to welcome the local dogs and their owners.
We have been coming to the dog park for the last couple of years now and we enjoy the space,” said dog owner and Cadillac resident, Meghan Lambourne. “We especially like the small dog area and the toys that Chloe can play with, like the tunnel and there's water. They provide everything that you need here and it's a good place to meet people in the community and have your dog make friends and play dates and stuff.
The park is fully fenced in with signs and sections for small dogs and big dogs.
The park also supplies water for dogs who play at the park.
