Cheboygan man arrested after making false bomb threat

A man was arrested Monday after intentionally making a false bomb threat against a business in Cheboygan.
According to the Cheboygan Department of Public Safety, Paul Zalewski, 33, was arrested after by texting an acquaintance that he had put several bombs in a local business.
There is no word yet on the business that Zalewski made the claims against.
The charge of making a false bomb threat is a four-year felony and/or a $2000 fine.
Zalewski's bond was set at $5,000. He remains in the Cheboygan County Jail.
