Bottles were popping Wednesday night at the Hagerty Center for one of the Cherry Festival's most popular events. The Cherries D'Vine event is a culinary showcase featuring regional fruits, cherries and grapes.
Local chefs and restaurants gave out samples of wines, beers and spirits paired with cherry infused cuisine.
The Black Star Farms of Leelanau County is excited to represent their business again this year and is hoping to draw visitors up M-22.
"We hope this will encourage visitors to take a trip up M-22 and see the sights of Leelanau, and hope we'll be one of them," said Coryn Briggs from The Black Star Farms.
Over 14 local businesses were present at the Cherries D'Vine Event.
