Light rain showers around the region tonight. What's more interesting is the big temperature difference across northern Michigan. Today's highs have ranged from the lower 40s around Harbor Springs to near 70 at Traverse City. Lows will fall into the 30s...but above freezing.
On Tuesday it will be chilly for April. Typical highs would be in the middle 50s, but afternoon highs tomorrow will stay in the 40s across our part of the state. It will be windy at times. Gusts will be over 25 miles per hour from the northwest. Plus, a few stray rain or snow showers are possible, but few of us see precipitation.
Wednesday will be sunny, and we'll have a light wind from the north or northwest. Highs will range from the low 40s to low 50s.
Thursday, we are expecting rain.
