CMU shooting suspect released from hospital
ISABELLA COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The suspect in the deadly shooting at Central Michigan University was released from the hospital.
James Davis Jr., was released from McLaren Central Michigan and taken to the Isabella County Jail Wednesday.
Davis Jr. is accused of shooting and killing his parents James Davis Sr. and Diva Davis on the CMU campus.
Friday, March 2 Davis Jr. led law enforcement on a nearly 16-hour manhunt.
Davis Jr. was in the hospital from early Saturday morning until Wednesday.
He is scheduled to be back in court for a preliminary exam at 9 a.m. March 27.
