Commissioners take no action on Petoskey Center plan
Petoskey city commissioners were presented a revised plan for Petoskey Center Thursday night.
The Cottage Company presented a new plan for the center, which would include a parking structure, lodging and retail space. The new plan is 20 feet smaller than the original and has an older design to match downtown Petoskey.
City Manager Dan Ralley said commissioners did not take any action. He said the meeting was more for planning and feedback.
"They need to make a more detailed plan," he said.
The area, known by some as "Petoskey Pit", has been vacant for six years.
