The community of Buckley surrounded friends and family of Lindsey Morgan during her funeral service on Wednesday afternoon at the Buckley School gym.
Lindsey, 34, was the confirmed victim in last Friday's deadly shooting in Buckley involving suspect Eric Beauchamp.
Friends, family, and community members packed into the Buckley School gym to honor Lindseyâ??s life, during an emotional service.
Those close to her say she will always be remembered as a caring mother, sister, daughter and friend who never seemed to stop smiling.
â??She loved to listen to kids laugh,â?? said Katie Morgan, Lindseyâ??s sister-in-law. â??I think thatâ??s what Iâ??m going to really remember about her the most is her laugh and the way she made my kids laugh.â??
â??Even if she had the worst day ever, she still always had a smile on her face,â?? said close family friend, Amanda Brooks.
Some of Lindseyâ??s favorite songs were played at the service, including 'Beer with Jesus' by country singer Thomas Rhett.
â??Iâ??m sure she is having a beer up there now,â?? smiled Rev. Gary Lesperance, as the song finished.
As everyone said their final goodbyes to Lindsey, family members said that they knew that she was smiling down on them.
â??I know sheâ??s up there dancing and singing and thanking everybody for being here,â?? said Brooks.
â??She will be greatly missed, you canâ??t say words,â?? said Julie Morgan, Lindseyâ??s aunt.
â??Lindsey deserves justiceâ?¦I do know that. So Iâ??ll pray for that,â?? said Katie Morgan.
