Cooler, rainy weather leads to a warm up and more sunshine
Tue, 24 Jun 2014 13:07:47 GMT —
Tuesday will be another rainy day, but after a brief cool down mid-week northern Michigan returns to sunshine and warmth.
Two systems are edging their way in - one low pressure system over southern Wisconsin, and the second over northern Minnesota. Both, along with their cold fronts, will push across the Great Lakes region Tuesday. This will keep scattered showers in the forecast and cool us down a bit.
Tuesday highs will have everyone in the low and mid 70s with a light northerly wind. Weâ??ll have passing showers move through, and there is a chance for thunderstorms â?? nothing severe.
Isolated rain is possible overnight, and weâ??ll have another night/morning with foggy conditions. Wednesday will bring a bit more sunshine and most will remain dry â?? thereâ??s a slight chance for rain. Most Wednesday highs will be in the low 70s.
Thursday will be a good day to be outdoors with partly sunny skies and highs in the 70s to around 80.
