A 55 year old man and a 30 year old man, both from Wisconsin, are in the Grand Traverse County Jail facing multiple charges after a disturbance at the Bay View Inn in Acme Township Monday night.
Deputies say an argument arose over something with a credit card or bill and one of the suspects threw a glass at a waitress who had to duck to avoid being hit.
According to deputies the suspect then grabbed a pizza box and threw it at the owner who blocked it with his arms. He then called 911.
The suspects then left the bar and began driving away.
The Sheriff's Office says three squad cars gave pursuit and pulled the suspects vehicle over on U.S 31 close to Four Mile Road near Don's Drive-Inn.
Deputies say they clocked the suspects vehicle at 87 miles per hour.
The pair face charges of disorderly conduct, felonious assault, malicious destruction of property, fleeing and eluding, drunk driving, and possession of marijuana
