Dangerous weather Sunday across Michigan with tornado threat and very high winds
A powerful fall storm is leading to a multitude of weather concerns across not only Northern Michigan but also the Midwest with a severe weather outbreak unfolding Sunday.
The entire TV 7&4 and ABC 29&8 viewing area is under a High Wind Warning through Monday morning as strong winds associated with this deep storm system will gust in the 55-65 mph range leading to possible tree damage and also power outages into Monday. The strongest winds will arrive after 6 p.m. Sunday evening. Colder weather will spill in with lake effect snow arriving in spots on Monday afternoon.
