Deputies say Home Depot employee caught on camera

Home Depot employee reportedly arrested for theft of more than $1200 from cash register.

On Thursday, August 28th deputies from the Roscommon County Sheriffâ??s Office responded to a complaint of embezzlement from the Home Depot in Houghton Lake.

It was determined that over approximately one weekâ??s time, $1,220.00 was missing from registers at the store. Video evidence from the store suggested that Shaundra Marie Conner was responsible for the thefts. Interviews with Conner resulted in her confession to the thefts.

Conner was arrested and later arraigned in the 82nd District Court by the Honorable Daniel L. Sutton on a felony charge of embezzlement of an amount over $1,000.00 but less than $20,000.00.
