Detroit man found guilty to drug charges in Crawford County

A 36-year-old Detroit man is found guilty of drug charges by the Crawford County jury.
Christopher Dawayne Norfleet is found guilty on eight counts of delivery of heroin and cocaine less than 50 grams.
According to the Traverse Narcotics Team, the investigation started when tips developed about Norfleet selling a large amount of heroin and cocaine from a rented room at the M-72 motel in Grayling.
TNT was able to to purchase the drugs on four different occasions from Norfleet's motel room.
Two days of witness testimonies and the jury convicted Norfleet in one hour to all eight counts.
Police say Norfleet has been a known dealer in the Kalkaska and Crawford counties for the past few years.
Norfleet is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
