      Dog and cat food recalled due to possible Salmonella contamination

      The Food and Drug Administration announced the voluntary recall for Pro-Pet, LLC products based on a field test which showed the possibility of contamination.

      An Ohio-based company is voluntarily recalling some of their cat and dog food products due to a possible salmonella contamination.

      Pets with Salmonella may be lethargic as well as have diarrhea and vomiting.

      Pets who may not be displaying any symptoms may also be carriers and can infect other pets.

      The following products are being recalled:
