A 46-year-old Cedar man was arrested for drunk driving and child endangerment after a crash on South Lake Shore Drive on Sunday.
According to the Leelanau County Sheriff's Office, a crash happened on South Lake Shore Drive, or County Road 643, near Sharnowski Road on Sunday around 3 p.m.
The car, a 1998 Land Rover, was driving north on South Lake Shore Drive when it lost control, left the road and rolled over.
Deputies said alcohol was a factor in the crash. The driver's 14-year-old son was in the car at the time of the crash.
The driver reportedly blew a .18 BAC at the county jail.
The driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated and for child endangerment. Because of the high BAC, the driver will also be charged under the high BAC law.
Neither the driver or his son were hurt in the crash.
