The Grand Traverse County man who was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct will be spending 30-60 years in prison.
Nathon Elzer was sentenced to 30-60 years for the first degree criminal sexual conduct charge and 10-15 years each for three counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct. He will serve those sentences concurrently, meaning at the same time.
A jury found Elzer guilty in mid-January, but was found not-guilty on an additional count of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
The victim in this case was under the age of thirteen at the time of the crimes, the Prosecutor said.
Three additional people came forward and testified that Elzer had committed similar acts on them as children.
After Elzer was found guilty, Prosecutor Bob Cooney had said they were considering pressing additional charges for the other victims but would wait until sentencing to determine their next action.
