Former corrections officer arrested for 'inappropriate relationship' with inmate
An Osceola County woman was arrested after State Police say she had a inappropriate relationship with an inmate while she served as a corrections officer in Lake County.
Alesia Ann Wisniewski, 54, was a corrections officer assigned to the Residential Re-entry Program. She was the guard responsible for oversight of the parolee's that had violated the terms of their parole. While employed, State Police say Wisniewski had an inappropriate relationship with a male inmate.
Wisniewski is being charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd degree because the relationship happened when she was in a position of power over the victim.
