Funeral arrangements announced for Marion girl killed in crash
Funeral arrangements have been announced for the 13-year-old girl killed in the crash in Osceola County.
A visitation will be held for Jasmine Rogers on Wednesday from noon until 3 p.m. at the Fosbaught-Holdship Funeral home, followed by a graveside committal service at Fernwood Cemetery in Temple.
Rogers was killed in a car crash Friday afternoon around 3 p.m. on 20th Avenue near 21 Mile Road in Marion Township.
Audreyonna Joy Humphries, the driver, then fled on foot before breaking into a home in Clare County. Once deputies surrounded the home, she was arrested without incident.
Humphries has been charged with homicide-manslaughter and failure to stop at the scene of an accident. Both are 15-year felonies.
She is being held on a $100,000 bond.
