Kalkaska man acquitted of sexual assault charges

Thomas Ball was acquitted of the criminal sexual conduct charges.

The 56-year-old Kalkaska man accused of sexual assault has been acquitted.

Thomas Ball was arrested in July of 2013 by U.S. Marshalls at a natural gas drilling site in Bradford County, Pennsylvania.

Ball was charged with first and second degree criminal sexual conduct charges and was extradited back to Michigan.

He was found not guilty on both charges.
