Lake Effect Snow Warning could bring 6-12 inches
Mon, 11 Nov 2013 22:31:07 GMT —
Lake effect snow advisory is still in effect until 7am Tuesday.
The higher level lake effect snow warning has been downgraded to the advisory because the snow totals will not be up to twelve inches. Totals will range between three and six inches in some towns.
Expected totals were revised because the snow is mixing with graupel, or snow pellets.
Several northern Michigan counties are under a Lake Effect Snow Warning through Tuesday midday.
Driving conditions will be slippery.
