Little if any rain in the forecast with 70's arriving next week
Clouds early Thursday should give ground to some afternoon sunshine with Northern Michigan entering an extended period of dry weather.
We haven't had a lot of rain since late last week and outside of a little bit that crossed Wednesday night we won't see any until perhaps next Tuesday or Wednesday.
Expect some afternoon sunshine Thursday as clouds break up with time. Comfortable temperatures ranging from 54-67F across Northern Michigan with a wind out of the east. Quiet weather Thursday night with 37-43F low temperatures with no threat for any frost overnight.
Another decent day Friday with upper-50's/low-60's for high temperatures. There is a very small chance we may pop off a shower across the Eastern U.P. (mainly west of I-75) Friday afternoon but they will be very scattered and localized to this area.
A nice Mother's Day Weekend in the forecast with mainly to partly sunny skies, dry weather, and pleasant temperatures with upper-50's to mid-60's this weekend. Warmer weather early next week as temperatures climb into the mid-60's to mid-70's.
