A 52-year-old man of Hersey is being charged for shooting at two males who were in his home on Aug. 7 in Mecosta County.
According to the Mecosta County Sheriff's Office, Roger Lynn is being accused of pointing a handgun at two males and firing a shot that almost him them.
After a 911 call was made just after midnight, deputies responded to the scene finding evidence of the gunshot.
Lynn fled his home before the deputies arrived.
A search warrant was conducted at Lynn's house and they secured multiple weapons and other evidence.
Lynn was then found at a relatives home and taken into custody.
Lynn was arraigned on the charge of felonious assault, great bodily harm less than murder.
He remains behind bars in Mecosta County Jail. His bond is set at $100,000
