Man charged in book store bathroom assault

GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The man accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old girl in a public bathroom has been charged.

The Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office says Daniel Malm-Kukulski, 25, followed the teenager into the women's bathroom at the Books-A-Million book store in Garfield Township on November 7.

Malm-Kukulski is charged with criminal sexual conduct fourth degree and habitual offender.

A sentencing date has not been scheduled.

Malm-Kukulski was also arrested in January 2016 after exposing himself to several different people in the area.
