Man charged in deadly US-31 crash
ANTRIM COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- The man accused of causing a drunk-driving crash, that killed a mother of two, has been charged.
Landon Waller was arraigned on one count of operating while intoxicated causing death.
Antrim County deputies say Waller was swerving from shoulder to shoulder on US-31 Tuesday when he crossed the center line and hit another car head-on.
The passenger of the car, Heather Templin, 68, died at the scene.
