      Man charged with second degree murder for Traverse City assault case

      James Wemigwans, 50, of Traverse City was arraigned by video on Friday morning in the 86th District Court in Grand Traverse County.

      According to the Traverse City Police, they arrested Wemigwans for the accused murder of Jeff Donalson, who was found unconscious underneath the North Union Street Bridge on July 10.
