The 50-year-old man accused of robbing the Wendy's in Interlochen was found guilty by jury on Wednesday.
Aubrey Rye was found guilty on charges of armed robbery as well as a habitual offender.
According to the Michigan State Police, Rye entered Wendy's telling employees he was robbing the restaurant. The man implied that he had a weapon on him and demanded money.
The police also say that Rye threatened to kill employees if they followed him or called the police.
Rye's bond was set a quarter of a million dollars.
Rye's sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 19.
