Man pleads guilty to hitting horse drawn buggy

A 27-year-old Manton man pleaded guilty Thursday, June 19 to reckless driving and failure to stop at scene.
Devin Danford is accused of hitting a horse drawn buggy and driving off on Old US 131 near 18 Rd, S. Manton on April 9.
Danford was sentenced to four months of probation on July 16 after he pleaded guilty to one count of reckless driving and one count of failure to stop at the scene of a personal injury accident.
All seven passengers were thrown out of the buggy. One person was taken to the hospital.
