Northern Michigan woman charged for mobile meth lab

Troopers found marijuana, chemicals and equipment used to make meth in a woman's car Sunday.

A female driver was arrested for maintaining a meth lab and possession of marijuana in Wexford County on Sunday.

According to the Traverse Narcotics Team, the Cadillac Michigan State Police started a traffic stop investigation and searched a car in South Branch Township.

Troopers found equipment to manufacture methamphetamine inside the vehicle as well as marijuana, chemicals and other components.

During this investigation there were three people in the car at the time, two people ran away.

This case is still under investigation and charges are pending for the other two suspects.
