Pastor accused of filming girls in bathroom facing more charges
EMMET COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) -- A northern Michigan pastor who filmed young girls in his bathroom is now accused of the same thing in another county.
Benoni Enciso was arraigned Wednesday on 20 felony counts in Emmet County. Those charges include four counts of child sexually abusive activity, four counts of capturing/distrusting image of unclothed person, four counts of child sexually abusive material/possession, four counts of using a computer to commit a crime - produce or production of child sexually abusive activity material, four counts of using a computer to commit a crime - possession of child sexually abusive material.
The sheriff says Enciso videotaped four underage teenagers, while they were showering and undressing in 2015.
Enciso already pleaded guilty to a similar crime in Charlevoix.
He will be sentenced for those charges on May 31.
