Patchy frost tonight. All over northern Michigan...wherever you are...the overnight low will be close to freezing, and you may see frost. However, only counties in the southern third of the Lower Peninsula are under a Frost Advisory. That's because frost advisories are tied to the calendar. In the first week of May, the southern parts of the L.P. are considered in the growing season...that's why they have the advisory...and the rest of the region does not.
Sunshine on Tuesday. Daytime highs will be mostly 50s...it could reach 60 degrees in a few neighborhoods. Light wind 5-15 mph from the east or northeast.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday look for showers and thunderstorms.
