A man was injured Saturday morning after police say his girlfriend's daughter threatened him with a kitchen knife.
Alpena Police were called to an apartment on Washington Avenue near Ripley Street around 4 a.m.
Officers say a 37-year-old woman, who had been drinking, got into an argument over medications with her 62-year-old mother.

The daughter and boyfriend were injured during a struggle for the knife.
The boyfriend refused medical treatment.
The daughter was treated for her injury, possible alcohol poisoning and possible overdose of medications at the Alpena Regional Medical Center.
