Rain that will spread across northern Michigan tonight. It'll be chilly, but above freezing. Lows will range from 35 to 45 degrees.
Tuesday we start with clouds and rain showers...and for a while temperatures in the upper 30s to upper 40s. However, the temperatures will fall thru the day and by 5 PM or so...everyone will be looking at temperatures close to freezing. The rain will change to a mix of rain and snow in the midday hours and finally to just snow for a brief period in the afternoon and early evening. Not a lot of snow will accumulate.
Tuesday night will be partly cloudy and cold. Lows will drop into the teens and 20s.
Wednesday will look nice...we'll get lots of sunshine...but it will be chilly compared to the temperatures we've felt lately. Highs will range from low 30s in the Upper Peninsula to low 40s around Houghton Lake.
Wind will get your attention on Tuesday. It will gust over 25 miles per hour. Thru the day it will shift from southeast to southwest. Look for a light wind 5-15 mph on Wednesday from the northwest or west.
