CHEBOYGAN COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- Two people were injured, a truck and five snowmobiles were totaled in a rollover crash in Cheboygan County.

John Bauer, 23 from Akron Michigan, was driving a pickup truck and hauling a trailer with five snowmobiles, southbound on I-75 Tuesday evening, according to a report from the Cheboygan County Sheriff.

Around 7:10 p.m., Bauer lost control of the truck, entered the median and rolled over, the report said.

The passengers in the truck, 22-year-old Connor Jacoby and 20-year-old Andrea Dohm were injured in the crash, according to the report.

Dohm was taken to Otsego Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and Jacoby got treatment on his own.

The truck and snowmobiles were totaled in the crash, the report said.

In the report, the sheriff reminds people to be careful on the roads as winter weather comes back to northern Michigan.
