After a picture perfect Saturday and Sunday, scattered showers will move across northern Michigan Memorial Day.
Sunday afternoon will continue to be gorgeous, with a quiet overnight into Monday. Lows Sunday night will be around 50 degrees with just a few passing clouds.
A weak system in Canada will push southward over the Great Lakes region Monday. Winds are out of the SW at 5-15mph with afternoon highs once again in the 70s and 80s. We'll have some sun, but expect more cloud cover than we had this weekend. Most will stay dry (especially in the L.P.), but be prepared for some isolated showers to pop up in the afternoon and evening. We may have a few thunderstorms also. It's not going to ruin your day, and if you do see any rain, it won't last long.
A few scattered showers will linger into Tuesday morning, but we look to dry out later in the day. Southern Michigan will see the bulk of the rain Tuesday.
We then spend the rest of the week with plenty of sunshine and highs mainly in the 70s.
