Showers and thunderstorms are going to develop overnight. For most of us in northern Michigan the rain begins after midnight. Lows tonight will be in the 50s. Light wind...unless you are near a thunderstorm.
Rain will come and go Saturday. The showers will move from north to south across the stateâ?|so in the Upper Peninsula most of your rain will fall in the morning. Rain will last into the afternoon across the Lower Peninsula. Embedded in the showers might be some thunder and lightning. Highs will reach the 70s. Wind will be gusting over 25 mph when the rain moves thruâ?|and it will shift direction thru the day from southwest to north.
There may be a few stray showers in the southern half of the Lower Peninsula Saturday eveningâ?|but most of the rain is gone by then. Overnight lows will be in the 50s.
Sunday, some sunshineâ?|not fully sunny all day, but the sun will be in and out of passing clouds. Light wind from the north or northeast 5-15 mph. Highs in the upper 60s to middle 70s.
