Stabbing suspect that launched 12-hour manhunt formally charged
The Harrison man arrested in connection to a stabbing in Clare County Friday night has been formally charged.
Timothy Lyon, 37, was charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm and a fourth offense of being a habitual offender.
Police say the stabbing happened at a home on Forest Road in Frost Township Friday evening.
They say two men were fighting in a driveway and one man was dragging the other down a neighbor's driveway.
Deputies arrived to find Jacob Anthony, 36, of Harrison, on the ground with several stab wounds.
After a 12-hour search, deputies arrested Lyon.
Anthony was taken to the hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
