A Department of Human Services employee is facing several charges after State Police said he had an inappropriate relationship with a client.
Gabriel Green, 33, of Petoskey, was charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct third degree and one count in the fourth degree.
State Police said Green used his position to coerce the victim to have sex with him.
If convicted, Green could face 15 years in prison for each count.
He will be back in court on August 26 for a pre-trial.
