Get out this evening...it's warm, mild...very nice. Overnight lows will fall mostly into the 50s...it could stay in the low 60s in some neighborhoods. Light wind. Rain starts to edge into the area by sunrise.
Tuesday will be warm. Highs will climb into the 70s and low 80s, but it will be wet in spots. Showers and thunderstorms will be scattered across the state. Some of these thunderstorms could turn severe. Severe means that wind and hail damage are possible. You could hear thunder in the morning, but the higher chance for severe weather will be in the afternoon south of M-72.
Tuesday night...more showers and thunderstorms.
Wednesday, keep an eye out for more showers and thunderstorms in the Lower Peninsula. In the Upper Peninsula, it will be foggy in the AM and partly sunny in the PM, but you might miss the rain. Most highs all over the region will be in the 70s.
Thursday will be dry for much of northern Michigan, but we have to allow for a shower south of Cadillac.
