Snow will remain in the forecast for our Thanksgiving Day, but the weather will clear some for Black Friday.
A weak disturbance crossing Northern Michigan combined with some lingering lake effect snow will lead to a few inches of accumulation on our Thanksgiving Day also keeping the roads snow covered and slippery in places.
Northern Lower Michigan will see clouds all day long with some snow. Most of the snow will remain light with a couple inches of accumulation along/west of Interstate-75. Later Thursday night, any lingering snow will diminish to flurries with a few of those holding on into Friday morning. If you are heading out shopping or just running errands Friday, it looks from a weather standpoint pretty good with some sunshine peeking through and again, only a couple of flurries around.
Temperatures over the weekend will warm back into the 30's.
