      Three arrested for maintaining drug house in Chippewa County

      Mark Nolan, 32, who is currently on parole from the State, is being charged with delivery of heroin, maintaining a drug house and being a habitual offender.

      Three people were arrested on drug charges and are accused of running a drug house in Sault Ste. Marie.

      According to the Chippewa County Sherif, Mark Nolan, Brandon Kinney, Gina Hoglund were arrested on Monday.

      The Sheriff's Department reports officer seized a large amount of heroin and cocaine as well as digital scales and other evidence.

      Nolan, 32, who is currently on parole from the State, is being charged with delivery of heroin, maintaining a drug house and being a habitual offender.

      Kinney, 25, is being charged with delivery of heroin, maintaining a drug house and being a habitual offender.

      Hoglund, 36, who is on federal probation currently, is being charged with maintaining a drug house and being a habitual offender.

      The Sheriff's Department reports these charges are preliminary and they expect several additional heroin and drug charges.
