Three people are behind bars for cooking and distributing meth in two northern Michigan counties. The Clare County Sheriff's Department said a large amount of meth was found at a residence in Garfield Township in Clare County last Thursday. But further investigations by the Clare County Sheriff Department and Bay Area Narcotics Team found that the meth was actually cooked at a separate location in Osceola County.
William Murdock, 42, Cheryl Murdock, 44, both of Lake, and Mark Wible, 48, of Evart now face multiple charges in Clare County. William and Cheryl Murdock are both charged with operating a meth house, possession of meth, and maintaining a drug house. Wible is charged with possession with intent to deliver the drug.
All three remain in the Clare County Jail. Cash bonds are set at $150,000 for William Murdock, $100,000 for Cheryl Murdock and $30,000 for Wible.
