Three injured after car goes over guardrail on US-10
Three people, including a 4-year-old boy, were injured after their car went over a guardrail on US-10.
According to the Clare County Sheriff, the crash happened on Sunday around 2:30 p.m. on eastbound US-10 in Surrey Township.
Deputies say the 1999 Toyota 4-Runner actually went over the guardrail and landed on its top on M-115.
The driver, Yioros Skiniotis, 39, of Ann Arbor, sustained major injuries, as did a 38-year-old female passenger.
A four-year-old child survived with minor injuries.
All three were taken to the hospital.
The Sheriff reports both adults were wearing seatbelts. The child was also properly restrained in a child seat.
The crash remains under investigation.
