Three suspects arrested at Meijer for meth components, destruction of property

Three suspects were arrested at a Meijer store located on US-10 after troopers learned that a male subject armed himself with a bat in Mason County.
According to the Michigan State Police, a male subject took a bat from inside the store and started to destroy a pop cooler by the check out.
The male subject saw a trooper and fled further into the store.
Troopers searched the store and found the subject. He was then arrested.
Investigation at the scene discovered elements used in manufacturing of methamphetamine. The troopers determined that the male subject and three others were involved in the manufacturing of meth.
Three people were arrested, a 17-year-old from Fremont who is behind bars for malicious destruction of property, assault with intent to rob while armed, as well as manufacturing meth. A 40-year old woman from Holton and a 23-year-old man from Ravenna were also arrested for manufacturing of meth.
One other suspect has not been arrested.
The three suspects are in Mason County Jail pending their arraignment.
