Three suspects linked to business break-in and stolen tractor

Investigators have three suspects in a business break-in in Mecosta County and are linking the suspects to another recent crime.
Fri, 16 Aug 2013 11:29:06 GMT — Investigators have three suspects in a business break-in in Mecosta County and are linking the suspects to another recent crime. Deputies were called to Woody's Party Store in Mecosta around 4 a.m. Thursday. A brick was thrown through the front door window and several packs of cigarettes and pastry items were taken. The suspects are also linked to the theft of front end loader from Max's Concrete in Mecosta. Richard Jensen and Nicholas Roberts were charged in the crimes today. Both were charged with breaking and entering with intent and held on $25,000 bonds. They were both also charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle for stealing the front end loader. Their bond for those charges is $10,000. Deputies will be petitioning the court for a third suspect, who is a juvenile from the Stanwood area, on the same charges.
