Traverse City man charged for crashing into Cadillac store high
The 35-year-old man, of Traverse City, who is accused of crashing into the Lakeside Title building while he was high on Tuesday afternoon is being charged.
Jerome Hansen was arraigned on Wednesday on charges of controlled substance possession as well as 2nd offense for operating while intoxicated.
The crash took place on the SW corner of S. Mitchell St. and W. Harris Street around 11:45 a.m. Hansen was driving a GMC Yukon.
An employee of the Lakeside Title suffered minor injuries.
The Cadillac Police did find opiate-based narcotics in the vehicle.
Hansen's pretrial is scheduled for Aug. 26.
