Two people involved in the distribution of heroin and cocaine in the subdivision off of Silver Lake Rd, near Silver Lake Elementary, pleaded guilty on Friday.
Antoine Gogins pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance/delivery and manufacturing. The two other counts against him will be dropped with the plea agreement.
Gogins is scheduled to be sentenced on July 25.
David Ruff pleaded guilty to two counts of controlled substance/delivery and manufacturing. His nine other charges against him will be dropped with the plea agreement.
Ruff's sentencing is scheduled for July 25.
Connie Hamilton-Lowe, also invloved, pleaded guilty June 11 to controlled substance/delivery near school property. She also pleaded guilty to controlled substance/delivery and manufacturing.
As part of Hamilton-Lowe plea agreement, she will testify against co-defendants. This will drop the eight remaining charges at her sentencing. She is scheduled to be sentenced July 11.
Santonya Winstone, the fourth person involved, is charged with one count of conspiracy to delivery/manufacture narcotics.
Her final conference is scheduled to be on July 11.
The Traverse Narcotics Team and Grand Traverse County Sheriff's office executed a search warrant on the home on Lillian Lane May 12.
Neighbors reported they have seen suspicious activity at the house for about two years.
Investigators say they found more than $2,000 in cash, a large amount of drugs including heroin and cocaine, as well as packing material inside the home.
