Snow comes thru northern Michigan tonight. Up to 4 inches possible. The higher totals are more likely south of a line from Traverse City to Alpena. Look for snow covered roads over a large area.
This weekend will be UNspring-like. Normally on the first weekend of spring we see highs into the low 40s. We're not going to be close to that Saturday or Sunday.
Highs Saturday will be in the 20s...and in a few towns, low 30s. Sunday...mostly 20s, but it will stay in the teens in some neigborhoods.
Overnight lows Saturday and Sunday nights, we'll see lots of temperatures fall into the single digits. The range will be from 0 to 10 degrees!
Both Saturday and Sunday will be partly sunny...meaning some sunshine will break thru the clouds at times. Both days you might see a snow flurry, but no accumulation is expected. Both days, the wind will come from the northwest 5-15 miles per hour...however, on Saturday gusts over 25 mph are expected.
