Tonight will be frigid. Lows will fall below zero for almost everyone in northern Michigan. You might see a little light snow.
Wednesday will be partly sunny. The sun will peek thru the clouds, but it won't warm us up. Highs will stay in the 20s. Wind will be coming from the southwest 5-15 mph and gusting to 20.
Wednesday night the leading edge of our next storm moves across the state. It starts as snow since overnight temperatures will be below freezing.
As temperatures climb into the 30s Thursday, the storm becomes a mix of precipitation types. In the Upper Peninsula where it will be colder, look for mostly snow. In the Lower Peninsula you'll see a mix of rain, freezing rain, sleet, and snow. Wind will be 5-15 mph gusting to 20 from the south.
