2 boneless 6-8 ounce chicken breasts
3 ounces each of Chantrelle/ Gypsy/Chicken in the woods mushrooms
1 TBL olive oil
1 TBL chopped garlic
2 cups local white wine
10 inch saute pan get hot.
Add olive oil, add chicken breast
saute 5 minutes on both sides.
Add mushrooms, chopped garlic, 2 cups wine.
Bring to boil. Simmer 12-14 minutes with a cover on top of pan.
Season lightly with salt and pepper. Bon Appetite!
