In 1 HOT 10 inch frying pan, rub ribeye with a little bit of oil. Massage all Cajun spice/cracked black pepper into Ribeye. Add oil to saute pan, sear on high heat for 60 seconds. Turn over and add onions/bring to low heat. Stir onions for 60 seconds for rare to mid rare steak. For well done, put a lid on the pan, turn off the heat and wait 5 minutes for well done.
